We strive to provide quality childcare and opportunities for learning experiences as well as support families in their parenting and work roles. As caring professionals, we understand the importance of the early years. We are aware that a child's love for learning will be influenced by the experiences in which they are exposed to in their early years. With that belief, we commit ourselves to provide stimulating activities and experiences that assist in the developmental process. We incorporate literature, music, dramatic play, and developmentally appropriate activities.
Children have opportunities to play and interact with other children, which helps them build friendships and develop social skills, such as working together and taking turns.
We are very proud of our staff - most of our our lead teachers have been with us from 2+ to 20+ years. We have added a few teachers in the last year and they will continue to help your child thrive. Many here have children who have grown up with the Wee Welcome Inn family!
Each room is cleaned nightly and toys/learning material sanitized daily with Pur UV lights.
Open Year round - Monday thru Friday 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. with the exceptions of New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

About Us
Dedicated Directors
Ms. Mary has been with the Wee Welcome Inn since 1983. She has been in the baby room since her first child was born in 1991. She has her Associate's Degree from WCTC and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood from Cardinal Stritch College. She likes to work with the babies because of their first milestones.
Ms. Laurie has been with the Wee Welcome Inn since 1990. She took her child care courses at Waukesha County Technical College and has received her infant/toddler credential. She loves the infant room because of all the changes they go through in their first year: like smiling, laughing, rolling over, crawling, and walking.
Ms. Michelle has been with the Wee Welcome Inn since 1991. She took her childcare classes through WCTC and has taken college classes to further her preschool education. She has worked with 4 – 5 year olds since 1995. She likes this age because these children absorb any information like sponges. It’s also exciting to see them so thrilled about going to ‘Big Kids’ school with the skills they’ve been taught here.

Longevity
Ms. Marge has been with the center since 2003
Ms. Kim left to raise her daughter in 2013 after being here since 2003. We are happy to say she returned in 2019.
Ms. Alyssa has been here since 2020
Ms. Destiny has been with us since February 2023
Ms. Grace has been with us since June of 2023
Ms. Paige has been here since December 2021 and helps out when she can
